Wooot! It turned out so much better than I taught it would :) my hand is in pain but so worth it! #cosplay #progress #costume #rapunzel

I was asked to make a tutorial for this tecknique that I am using, its very simple and easy:)

First I did some research and found a pattern for the brocade, but I had to alter it a bit, zise and so. When I was happy with it i simply printed it out and taped it on to my lightboard.

Now the next part is very simple, but it will test your pacience… just simply trace it with a fabric pen that maches the color of your fabric so and so. I chosed one that was abit more blue then the fabric.

It is wise to tape the fabric down so it wont move while you work.

I chose to work with a fabric pen since the fabric in the movie is a brocade of some sort, and not an embroidery.

Its as simple as that ;)
Hope this helps!
